Terms & Conditions
The terms governing the use of our website and enrollment in our Quran-teaching programs.
Last updated: Jun 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Dar El Forkan Academy when you use our website and enroll in our educational programs. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Dar El Forkan Academy website or enrolling in any of its programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and any update takes effect from the date it is posted. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
Some services require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Minor students may enroll with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who assumes responsibility for the child's account and its compliance with these Terms.
Enrollment and Scheduling
Enrollment in circles is subject to availability and suitability of the student's level. We aim to set regular session times for each student, accounting for time-zone differences across countries where possible.
We ask that you attend at the agreed times. If a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please notify us in reasonable advance so we can reschedule in a way that serves other students.
Payments and Refunds
Program fees are paid according to the plan you select and are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Prices are shown clearly before you complete enrollment and may be subject to taxes applicable in your country.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us. We review refund requests fairly based on the sessions already delivered; as a general rule, fees for sessions a student has actually attended are non-refundable.
Code of Conduct
Teaching the Holy Quran is a great trust; we therefore expect all students and guardians to treat teachers and peers with respect and courtesy, and to honour the sanctity of the lesson and of what is recited within it.
Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour, or conduct that disrupts the circles, is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the participation of anyone who violates these rules, to preserve a dignified learning environment for all students.
Intellectual Property
All educational materials, content, designs, and marks displayed on the site are owned by or licensed to Dar El Forkan Academy and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use the materials for your personal study only. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission. As for the text of the Holy Quran itself, it is the revealed word of Allah and is owned by no party.
Certificates and Ijazah Conditions
Certificates and ijazahs are granted after a student fulfils the prescribed scholarly conditions, including mastery of memorization and recitation, passing assessments, and completing the follow-up with a licensed teacher.
An ijazah with a chain of transmission is subject to the standards of precision and mastery upheld by our licensed teachers, whose assessment is authoritative in this matter. A certificate is not granted for fees alone, but upon genuine attainment of mastery.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or for operational or legal reasons.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an as-available basis. We strive to deliver high-quality teaching and a stable platform, but we do not warrant that the service will be free of technical interruptions, nor any particular learning outcome, which depends on the student's diligence and consistency.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the place from which the Academy is operated, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence.
